We may process name, phone, email, activity, date, participants, notes, promotional code, booking information, payment status and amount, IP address and technical data needed for security and operation.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Enquiries: pre-contractual steps requested by you and legitimate interest in responding.
- Bookings, payments and confirmation: performance of a contract.
- Tax, accounting, consumer and safety duties: legal obligation.
- Website protection and fraud prevention: legitimate interest.
- Non-essential analytics: consent, which can be withdrawn through “Cookies”.
We will not send electronic marketing without specific consent.
4. Recipients
Necessary providers may access data: Hostinger (hosting), Stripe (payments), FormSubmit (form delivery), email and technology support providers, and authorities where legally required.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable, a valid safeguard such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses must be used. Please also review the providers' policies.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 12 months. Booking data is kept while needed to provide the service and handle possible claims. Tax and accounting documents are kept for legally required periods.
7. Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by emailing tenerife.islandxperience@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
8. Required data and minors
Required fields are necessary to process an enquiry or booking. Anyone submitting another person's data confirms that they are authorised. Minors must act through a parent or legal representative where applicable.
